No — ResellTracker is a paid tool for serious resellers, starting at £9/month. That keeps the product fast, focused and ad-free. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Which platforms does it support?+
eBay, Vinted, Depop, StockX, Facebook Marketplace, Whatnot, Instagram, TikTok Shop, private sales — plus any custom platform you type in. ResellTracker tracks where items are listed and where they sell.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?+
Yes. Upload a CSV (all plans) or XLSX (Pro and above), map your columns to ResellTracker fields, fix any flagged rows, and import. There's a sample template to get you started.
How is profit calculated?+
Net profit = revenue − item cost − platform fees − shipping − other costs. Margin and ROI are calculated on every sale, and sales keep a snapshot of the item at the time of sale so history never changes under you.
Does it handle partial quantities?+
Yes. If you have 5 units and sell 2, the item stays active with 3 left. When quantity hits zero it moves out of active stock automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription in the Stripe billing portal from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
